The St Andrews Happy Hookers have decorated a room at our local Ross Memorial Museum with our rugs, wallhangings, ornaments, etc. It’s our 2nd year doing this, and we’ve really enjoyed it. Most are rugs/mats we didn’t put there last year, and it’s a different room. It’s another gorgeous venue, a beautiful old house with a fabulous furniture & decorative arts collection. The Museum Open House runs today through Sunday [more info at http://www.townsearch.com/rossmuseum/indexen.html#christmas ]

October 2006: Photos are coming in, and I've updated the customer gallery with a couple.
There should be more pictures as soon as I can get a couple of my local rug-hookers
to show off what they finished over the summer.
For those of you who like birds, I've been working on some co-ordinating pieces
and should have them up by the end of next week.
We went to the Balloon Fiesta again this year, and though the turn-out was less than last year,
we managed to get quite a few people to try their hand at hooking. I was a little more prepared this year,
with contact numbers ready, both for our local group and other groups in Southern NB.
Sophie L. from Richibucto told me her group has grown from 3 to 14 over the winter!
And I got to meet people who had bought my patterns from in the past. All in all, a fun show.
